This system offers online services from the Ministry of Public Education, facilitating various processes such as enrollment in the first grade, student transfers between educational institutions, and applications for specialized schools and boarding schools.

The objective of this system is to modernize the traditional methods of document submission and inquiries regarding these services, aligning with the legal framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Online Services System, which supports primary and general education programs managed by governmental authorities, includes the following procedures for the academic year:

1. Completion of an electronic application form by an authorized applicant.
2. Selecting multiple educational institutions for enrolling a child in the first grade within or outside the specified residential area.
3. Receiving an invitation from the educational organization in the "Personal Account" on the Portal.
4. The applicant's attendance at the educational institution as per the invitation and submission of original documents.
5. The educational organization making a decision regarding enrollment, transfer, or decline of these requests.
